The start of rent payments, repairs and vacancy costs follow specific rules. These are the same terms as in the Czech and German versions of our offer.
We offer mid-term rentals lasting from 1 month to 12 months. We find tenants through contracted partners among employees of international companies and schools, advertising, our own database and websites with a booking system. The full-service fee is 20%.
