The apartment is fully equipped with everything, from dishes to bed linen. The apartment has a TV and wifi connection included in the fees. There is also a washing machine. The rental price includes a reserved parking space approximately 300 meters from the house. The apartment offers accommodation in a unique location directly below the sought-after Karlštejn Castle, which is located in the heart of the Bohemian Karst and offers many options for active rest and relaxation. Nevertheless, you can easily get to Prague from here by car or train. The monthly rent is 12,000 CZK. All other fees are 4,500 CZK per person. Each additional person + 500 CZK. The fees are fixed. Refundable deposit of 16,500 CZK. For long-term rentals, we charge an administrative fee of 5,000 CZK + VAT. Please note, a big advantage for potential tenants is that the apartment is professionally managed by Bohemian Estates, which manages the apartment for the owner. The tenant has a contact person who promptly resolves all issues related to the rental (regular maintenance and emergency interventions by our own technicians, rent payments, billing, amendments, etc.). The tenant is thus assured of trouble-free use of the apartment with complete service.
